SHIPPING POLICY

Because confections are prepared when ordered, please allow 24 hours for preparation and two day ship.

Bmore tasteful will ship orders two day. Orders will ship on Monday or Wednesday.

Bmore Tasteful is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation is received from UPS. We ask that you NOTIFY the recipient of the delivery date and arrange for someone to be available to receive the order.

Bmore Tasteful is not responsible for incomplete or incorrect delivery information given by the ordering customer. In such cases, additional charges may apply to correct shipping information.

Bmore Tasteful is committed to bringing you a quality product shipped in a timely manner. However, we are not responsible for delayed deliveries due to weather or other factors beyond our control. As a precaution, you may want to allow an extra day for delivery to assure that your package arrives on time.

LOST OR DAMAGED:

To report lost or damaged items you MUST contact us within 5 business days from date of receipt. Call our office at  267-992-0739  9:00 am – 5:30 pm EST

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the receiving date.

REFUNDS:

We cannot issue refunds. However, a replacement may be issued.
